Leadership CoP - Got Resilience?

ABSTRACT

Ask yourself, got resilience?  How are you navigating through those hard, unexpected, maybe just busy times in your day to day life. Let's chat about how you use your resilience everyday. The goal of this presentation is for you to recognize how you are already resilient, and to take away skills you can utilize if you need that extra push. As Program Managers sometimes we get so busy managing everyones elses needs and can forget about our own needs. I will introduce skills you can incorporate while working on projects and leading your team. It's about us showing up everyday as our most authentic selves and maintaining a good balance.

Learning Objectives:
  • Build awareness and develop skills to adapt and bounce back from adversity
  • Develop ways to utilize skills to stay on course with goals and ways to decrease stress and anxiety while exploring life's natural challenges and opportunities
